Yes, and this is where your participation speaks volumes. One of the first questions asked by outside donors and foundations is what percentage of our current parents participates in the annual fund. Achieving as close to 100% participation as we possibly can is one of the most powerful metrics we can report. All sizes of gifts carry the same weight in terms of participation and we are proud of the economic diversity our wide range of gifts represents. We cannot achieve 100% without a gift from every family.

Each year 主教(merrill Lynch) relies upon the generosity of parents, 校友, grandparents and friends to support our mission in the form of an annual fund gift. We are proud to have a diverse population at BL, and therefore the gifts we receive range widely in size. We simply ask that all families stand together by participating at a level that feels appropriate.

You may make a gift and pledge your installment dates on the website allowing us to charge your credit card on the specified dates; or you may make a pledge on your remittance envelope, enclose what you would like to give now, and tell us how and when you plan to make additional installments, all by June 30 (within our current fiscal year). Some call it “free money.” Many companies support their employees’ giving by matching, and sometimes doubling, their gifts. Many businesses want to support their employees in their philanthropic efforts. In many cases, they just need to be asked. Please look into this valuable way of increasing the impact of your gift! 

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to this organization may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
